Inspiring video – and an inspiring practice you can adopt in your own life. Just take a walk, hike or jog, and keep focusing on things you’re grateful for, or things you appreciate in some way – or even, like Rich mentions, things you want to attract into your life with the Law of Attraction!
I adore Jim Carey because he’s such a bright light in this world – what a happy, joyful spirit he has and he helps bring that out in millions of people. A True Gift!
Great video of him talking about the power of intention:
Like when you’re working toward a goal and you’re trying to bring it into reality quickly – do you put everything else in your life aside and become obsessed with getting it done?
When you do this, you are not working in partnership with the Universe.
When you do this, you are in effect telling the Universe, “I don’t trust you to deliver this goal to me, so I’m going to do it all myself.”
Yes, we’ve all been there.
How about directing more of your attention to BALANCE?
Do what you can without becoming neurotic, and trust in the Universe to do its share too.
Trusting can be a challenge all its own but when you do, everything else just falls easily into place.
And you didn’t even have to break a sweat!
Today’s Intention:
Today I will work hard only if it feels good to do so. Otherwise I will relax into the process of attraction and invite the Universe to work on my behalf.
Have you ever known people who seemed to effortlessly attract money and abundance in all forms? They seemed to have money flowing in from many different sources, never having to “work” really hard for it; they enjoyed great success in their career; had a wide circle of friends and associates and romantic partners – in short, they seemed to magnetically attract everything they wanted, while you kept banging into brick walls when you tried to improve your life.
What do these people do that’s so different than you? It all starts in a
place you may least suspect: their thoughts. They have learned (maybe even accidentally) how to purposely direct their thoughts in a productive, positive way, and that results in them attracting amazing life experiences.
That’s good news for you because you can just as easily learn how they do it, and start doing it yourself. The tips below are good places to start.
We just got back from a Miracle Caribbean Cruise. What do I mean by miracle? Well, it was 100% free and it just dropped out of the blue and fell into our laps. Not only that, but a bunch of the big names in the Self-Improvement world were there. You may have heard about the Bob Proctor Life Success cruise. We got the opportunity to connect, brainstorm, and rub elbows with Bob Proctor, Mark Victor Hansen, Michael and Rickie Beckwith, bestselling authors, Peggy McColl and Debbie Ford and many others!
It was Thursday morning and I had just finishing meditating. My husband was walking down the stairs and I had just announced to him that my creation of having some big name supporters backing our publishing campaign of my soon-to-be-released book was complete. It really felt like they were already lined up. A few hours later, Robert, my husband, emailed our publishing coach. When she responded to his email, she invited us on the cruise. Apparently she had a complimentary cabin and wanted us to have it.
One of the ways we sabotage weight loss is by constantly focusing on the negative aspects of our bodies. “I hate my stomach. My thighs are huge! My butt is out of control. I hope no one notices my cellulite, yuck.” Not surprisingly, by the power of the Law of Attraction we simply attract more to dislike about our bodies.
You may have heard about the power of gratitude in manifesting better things in your life. Most often this technique is used for better health, finding a soulmate, increasing abundance, and so on. However, it can easily be used to help manifest weight loss as you focus more and more on the parts of your body you adore – even if they haven’t yet formed in physical reality.
