When it comes to using the law of attraction consciously, we shouldn’t underestimate the power of synchronicity! “Synchronicity” is usually thought to be the opposite of “coincidence.” Whereas coincidental events seem to have no rhyme or reason, synchronicities seem to be perfectly orchestrated to arrive at exactly the time we need them, as if by divine order.
Perhaps you can remember a few events or experiences that were downright eerie the way they came about? Like being delayed a few crucial seconds as you were leaving work for the day – and narrowly avoiding a serious traffic accident because of it; or getting a “hunch” that you should drop into your local coffee shop even though you didn’t plan to – and meeting the love of your life there.
This is a great video that offers an example on getting into the “vortex” (happy, positive state of mind) about money and abundance.
It’s amazing to realize after you’ve done this type of exercise for a short period of time that it works FAST! All you have to do is keep improving your quality of thoughts about money and abundance, and money and abundance must start flowing in.
One way we create stress for ourselves is by worrying whether our desires will manifest before it’s too late.
For example, if we have bills that are due soon, we might obsess over attracting the funds to pay them on time. Or we might worry about attracting our perfect partner before we get too old to have children.
By worrying about these things, by buying into the illusion of a shortage of time, we bring that reality into our experience right now.
I’ll never forget the day many months ago when I received something I’d never gotten before: a heated, strongly worded “hate letter” from a subscriber to my law of attraction newsletter.
The author was a woman who had been trying to manifest two specific things in her life, a promotion at her job and to get back together with her ex-boyfriend, and it hadn’t been working for her. Instead, she got suspended from her job and her ex told her he doesn’t want to get back together with her.
She wrote to me to express her anger, expletives flying everywhere!
In Part I of this article, we discussed the ways energy blockages can hinder or limit our financial resources. We emphasized the futility of using the law of attraction to attract more money if you don’t first clear the blockages that prevent it from manifesting in your life.
Finally, we described the symptoms of such a blockage: feeling blocked or “stuck,” unable to move forward beyond a certain point, ineffectiveness of prosperity affirmations and visualizations, and constant frustration because “it’s not working.”
