I used to think, as many still do, that our thoughts were the sole factor in creating our reality. I no longer believe this.
Think about it: if your thoughts alone formed your reality, why wouldn’t everything you think about manifest? Every fear, every wish, everything you dread, every nightmare, and so on…
The overall quality of our thoughts plays a vital role in the formation of physical reality, but it is not the only factor. Our beliefs, expectations, energy and emotions are all intertwined also, creating a “recipe for creation”.
Getting the recipe exactly right to attract what you want may take a little practice . . . and a lot of patience. But it is so worth it. 
In this blog I will be exploring how all these facets of your consciousness work together, and offering plenty of tips to help you use them more deliberately!
