It’s so important to take conscious control of your moods every day if you want to keep those good vibes flowing. I’ve noticed that it’s really easy to slip into a negative (or even neutral, ho-hum) state if I’m not paying attention, and things just don’t seem to “flow” as easily in that state. When my sister-in-law told me how this elephant came to be part of the family, I laughed uproariously and clapped my hands!

Did you do the Gratitude Dance yesterday?
It’s a lot of fun! Today I figured we’d keep the good energy flowing with another fun activity:

You may have heard that you should always use present tense when you say affirmations or intentions. So instead of saying, “I will attract amazing opportunities today,” you should word it, “I am attracting amazing opportunities today,” or “I always attract amazing opportunities.”
Is this really important? Does tense matter?
