Do Yoda Proud: Meditation 101

Meditation refers to a reticent where your body and brain are consciously relaxed and focused. Practitioners of this art report increased awareness, focus, and concentration, as well as a more positive outlook in life.

Meditation is most commonly associated with monks, mystics and other spiritual disciplines. However, you dont have to be a monk or mystic to enjoy its benefits. And you dont even have to be in a special place to practice it. You could even try it in your own living room!

Although there are many different approaches to meditation, the fundamental principles remain the same. The most important among these principles is that of removing obstructive, negative, and wandering thoughts and fantasies, and calming the mind with a deep sense of focus. You Manifest What You Think About – Success or Failure

If you have been trying to use The law of attraction, but somehow, no matter how hard you try, it doesn’t seem to be working, maybe as Yoda says, “There is no try, there is only do.” We, one and all, have been in a situation where the harder we tried, the further from our goal we got.

There are times, when what ever it is we wanted, was simply not good for us. There are also situations where we actually pushed so hard, we pushed what we wanted away. The universe around us reacts much the same way. The harder we try, or when we worry excessively, we send out large amounts of negative, desperate energy and we actually push what we want out of reach.

It seemed that affirmations worked for everyone else, but they just didn’t seem to work for us. We were unconscious incompetents. We didn’t know what we didn’t know.

The One Command – Use It To Rewire Your Brain

What would you say if I told you it was possible to not only retrain your brain but to change the actual physical neurology of your body as well? You can take a tired worn out overworked body and replace it with a healthy and happy version.

We are all masters at creating. We simply have forgotten how to create our lives as we want them to be. We tend to think about the cares and problems of the world, thus creating an addiction to loss and pain.

To change what we think, we can use one of four methods. We can just stop thinking what we are thinking, we can go to therapy to change, we can meditate, or we can enter the theta brain wave and send the proper signal of what we want. Our brains are most receptive in the Theta brain wave state, and therefore we can change easier.
