Because Universal law of attraction responds to the vibration of your thoughts, it is more beneficial to focus on health and wellness than it is to think of healing. Thoughts of healing are an improvement over thoughts of sickness, so they are indeed a step in the right direction. However, your attention to the need for healing is still somewhat focused on the problem. Why? Because healing is the process of fixing something that is not well. And the creative power of your thoughts is less effective when directed towards not being well.

Try to turn your thoughts towards what you want–not the lack of it. There will be times when you think about cures, medications, and fighting the problem, but give as much thought as possible to the wonderful way that you want to feel. Imagine yourself well and notice the change in your thought vibration. See yourself moving through life without any health afflictions. Your imagination is a very powerful tool that summons the Universal laws of attraction in an amazing way. Never underestimate this power.

Today many Americans are learning how to use the law of attraction to lose weight, attract wealth, find love, improve their self esteem, change bad habits and manifest good in life.

Many individuals wonder how to use the law of attraction to lose weight. It is simple to get caught up on how many pounds you need to get rid of, however the keys to the laws of attraction entail positive affirmations, positive imagery and positive objectives. Instead, write down what it is going to feel like and the way your life will be different when you finally reach your objective. Law of Attraction, Creation, And A Soft Heart

Often times I wonder what I want to write about and then remember that if I start typing something will miraculously come out of me that is perfect! It’s a good lesson in listening to your guidance isn’t it? So as I tap into the flow today, doesn’t surprise me that I am being guided to talk about having a “soft heart “- and what that means for your life.

If you want to fine tune your manifesting skills, I recommend that you “soften your resistance”. In other words, soften the negative belief systems, the emotions, the thought that is not in alignment with the truth of who you are. Softening your resistance in life allows more abundance to flow toward you…instead of holding it away or blocking it.

Did you know that you talk to yourself all day long? No, not the mental chatter about activities and chores that you need to remember throughout the day. That’s a form of self-talk too, but I’m referring more to the things you say to yourself on a regular basis; and more importantly, the tone in which you say them.

When you make a mistake, do you berate yourself angrily? Do you put yourself down or call yourself derogatory names? When you have a hard time making positive changes in your life, do you bemoan what a “failure” you are and conclude that you’ll never do anything right?

An Introduction To The Law Of Vibration

The Law of Vibration is a theory gaining more attention every day. It posits a universal law of vibration, based on some basic observations of our universe. It notes that all matter, even the smallest particles, are made of vibrating energy.

Energy is almost always seen in a vibrating form in the universe. Light and cellphone waves are both the same kind of energy, just vibrating at different speeds. Heat is a measure of vibration. The faster molecules move, the hotter they become. Ice melting and water boiling are examples of increasing vibration.

Frequency is how many waves of energy pass by a point within one second. The higher the frequency, the quicker the waves come. Higher frequencies directly correlate with greater power. This is easy to understand if one remembers that higher frequencies have more pulses of energy in the same period of time.
